Bought some reduced shoes online. Came very quickly, great shoes! Will use again!

I tried a suit on in store, the staff couldn’t be more helpful in getting my sizings correct and giving advice on suit accessories. I unfortunately didn’t purchase the suit but I couldn’t recommend the staff more.

Poor quality and customer service

I bought a pair of their desert boots. I wore them 3 times and the sole came off both boots! I messaged them and they apologised but did nothing to put it right. They just said, if you order from us again, we will give you a discount code. It’s not really a great way of dealing with it. I’d have expected, what type was it? We will pass it along and let us send you another pair. I wouldn’t order from them again. It’s a shame.

Ordered our wedding suits from the website and collected from Birmingham store.

Staff very helpful and helped with one exchange for an awkward size.

Got the best prices from cavani with 10% off too.

Lovely suits will use again.

As always a quality product supplied by a very reputable company. These “Gatsby” inspired shoes must be the bargain of the year, less than 30% of the original cost.

I've used house of cavani twice now and both experiences where of the scale. First time was for my son and second time was for myself. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and felt like we both had awesome service and awesome products. Will always return when needed.

Absolutely love my suit, needed something smart for a wedding and liked the different styles available.

Suit was within my budget of £300 which I thought was great value for money as a three piece suit.

Will use again.

I placed an order on the 28th of July for next day delivery and 3 days later I haven't still received it. Reading the rest of these reviews doesn't give me a lot of confidence either. Waiting game now

Well I just made my first order with them yesterday I've paid the extra delivery fee for saturday delivery and I didn't received it! Even the tracking showing the delivery company is still just expecting the parcel... despite I've made the order well before 2 pm on friday!

I spent over £1000 on suites for my wedding in September. I needed a regular sized jacket and short trousers for the father-in-law. Returned the regular trousers requesting a short size. After not hearing anything for a week I emailed to chase whether the item had been received. Turns out you’re not allowed to mix and match items? Feels a bit discriminating to short people no?? The customer service is lacking, their replies to my email don’t make sense and seem completely unwilling to help. I now have to return all the suites and find an alternative. Weddings are stressful enough so avoid using these lot if you can!

Just received my suit from my local supplier for my brothers wedding on Saturday 2nd July ordered a 52” waistcoat and jacket as I’m a larger guy . What has been sent doesn’t fit and measures up at 47”. Been informed by my local shop that it’s the largest they do and the cut has been altered from the original. Suit I tried on in store. The store are paying to have a spare waistcoat butchered to add an extra panel to make the waistcoat fit. The jacket they can’t do anything with so I am left with a jacket that won’t do uo and sleeves that I can’t lift my arms up in. I’m part of the groomsman’s group so have no choice but to wear this poor excuse of a well fitting jacket. Annoyed is an understatement!!!!

Great quality product and even more impressive was how professional, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly Angelica was during my short visit during a lunch break. Left with two suits and a shirt! Happy customer, well worth checking their store out if you are looking for a nice suit for work, wedding or occasion.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever received. From calling up to find out information, I spoke to Jensen who was lovely on the phone, gave me plenty of information prior to my appointment.

When I arrived I was greeted by Michael who was polite, very knowledgeable and helped me find the items I needed. I'll definitely be coming back and will refer anyone who needs some suits of casualwear to House of Cavani.

I recently bought a suit for my husband off Cavani. I just had to write a review as I simply cannot believe the level of quality for the price! I will 100% be purchasing more suits, what’s more… my husband loves it!

We searched queensgate and walked through westgate arcade on way out and stumbled across this shop and walked in to find exact suit in exact size with choice of shirt and tie for a quality price and as much customer care as we needed! Love this shop and friendly care from staff!
